Frame-type electromagnets feature the most straightforward structure among all electromagnet manufacturing types. When energized, the movement of the movable plunger pulls or unlocks the client’s mechanical assembly.

Although the structural design is simple, we utilize high-permeability steel and advanced manufacturing technologies to ensure the minimum air gap in the frame assembly, thereby achieving maximum electromagnet efficiency.

Combined with exceptional winding techniques, we maximize the coil’s AT value (ampere-turns) within limited space constraints. Depending on how the electromagnet operates within the client’s mechanism, both push-type and pull-type options are available.
