• Computer-Automated 100% Inspection Testing
Solenoid valves typically serve as critical control components in product applications. To meet the rigorous demands of high-end medical devices and industrial products, and to maximize product reliability, stability, and precision, all products undergo computer-automated 100% inspection prior to shipment. This process measures critical performance indicators such as leakage rates, flow rates, response times, pull-in voltage, and external leakage. In addition to being integrated as a 100% inspection within the manufacturing process, the test results are stored and linked to corresponding QR codes or barcode labels on the product for future traceability.
